They are a non-profit, umbrella organization composed of representatives from Covington’s many diverse neighborhoods. They work to enrich the life of our citizens by providing a forum for sharing ideas, supporting neighborhood events and activities, offering organizational assistance to neighborhood leaders, mentoring the development of neighborhood associations, and representing the community. The Center for Great Neighborhood of Covington is another community organization that tries to bring the Covington community together. By their goal being to help residents with everything they can to make the neighborhoods a better place. They also believe in resident leadership and doing the right things is the core of a good and healthy neighborhood. Not only that, the Covington police department helps with community involvement. They help teach younger kids about what the right and wrong thing is to do at a young age. Which helps bring the community together in Covington.
