Wooly Mammoth

Scientists are now looking to bring back many extinct animals including the Woolly Mammoth. The woolly mammoth has been extinct for about 10,000 years. According to scientists, It could be used for cloning or genome editing to bring it back for good.  Before their extinction, they roamed the Earth in large numbers. A biotech company in Dallas,Texas plans to recreate the Mammoth in the year 2027. They want to create the Embryo and place it in an African Elephant. They would take advantage of the Elephant’s size, and it would give birth to a new Mammoth. The company received around 6 million dollars in funding for the new invention.
