Pumpkin Muffin Recipe

It’s hard to embrace the fall season here in Louisiana. Why? Maybe it’s the hot temperatures, the green leaves, or the inability to wear a sweater without sweating to death. Despite this, one thing never fails us: pumpkin spice. It’s the bringer of a joyful fall to us all. These pumpkin spice muffins are easy to make and only take thirty minutes! Give them a try and they are sure to make you get into the fall season this year.
Ingredients:
- 1 Yellow cake mix
- 1 Canned Pumpkin puree (15 oz)
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°
- Mix the cake mix, pumpkin puree, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a bowl, mix until smooth
- Grease a 12 cup muffin pan, and then spoon the batter in the cups equally
- Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes

wow delicious great article. i tried baking this and it worked out splendidly. key word tried. turns out i made quiche. but it was still splendid. i would not have made the quiche if not for your article. thank you for this wonderful insight.
