This will be the first time this year that the Wolverines will take the field, with last week’s scrimmage being cancelled. It will be a great test as Pine provides athleticism. Coach Willis runs a great defensive scheme. It will be important to contain Pine’s offense. The Wolverines look to dominate with their massive offensive line and their senior back, Kameron Casnave. Casnave opens up the field, allowing RPOs (run-pass-option) to take place. The Wolverines will be without senior Charlie Gilmore, as he is recovering from a knee injury. Gilmore should look to return against the Hawks in week 1. The defensive line is going to need to step up big against the Raiders this Friday. As Pine loves to run the ball, senior Drake Orazio looks to be a big factor playing Nose Guard. Tune in for next week’s recap of the game.
