On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, the Northlake Christian Wolverines sent the Vermillion Catholic Eagles packing as we soared past with a massive victory with a score of 4-1. We started the game out fast as Senior Nathan Uberawa scored within the first 5 minutes. Our team started to cheer as we lined up for the next kick-off play as Nathan went up for another goal. The Eagles did score one goal during the first half. Junior Braden Flinklea scored one of our 4 goals in the second half. Caleb Riley made 22 assists which is crazy good for an 8th grader. Our starters for the game were: Seniors Nathan Uberawa and Nick Barlow, Juniors Stevie Tujague, Gavin Clasen, Braden Flinklea, Giovanni Russo, Ace Millet, Owen Ehrhardt and Bryce Tabor. Freshmen Charles Wager, 8th grader: Caleb Riley. With our win against Vermillion Catholic we play Episcopal Tuesday February 11th, at Wolverine Stadium.
