            Northlake Christian is hosting their annual blood drive on April 20. The blood drive will be held in the wood gym from 1-6 P.M. There are a few requirements to be eligible to give blood. If you are sixteen, you must weigh 130 pounds and have parental approval. Seventeen year olds and above have to weigh 110 pounds. If you are sick or on any antibiotics, you are not supposed to make blood donations. By donating blood, you can help up to three people, as your blood is separated into red blood cells, plasma, and platelets. The blood center will provide juice and cookies, and all donors will receive a free t-shirt.
