        The 2023 NBA trade deadline has been one to remember. Some of the minor trades have been Jakob Poetl going to the Raptors for Khem Birch from the Spurs. The Spurs also will give them draft picks. Another minor trade is Josh Hart going to the Knicks for Cam Reddish and draft picks. The top three trades that are causing the most buzz are: Russell Westbrook going to the Jazz; and D’angelo Russell going to the Lakers. Kyrie Irving played his first game with the Dallas Mavericks February 8, 2023. Kyrie got sent to the Mavericks and the Mavericks sent Spencer Dinwiddie and draft picks to the Nets. The biggest trade that has happened so far is Kevin Durant going to the Suns, which in return the Suns gave the Nets 4 first round picks, Mikal Bridges, and other small pieces.
