Happiness in a Little Cookie

Who loves baking (especially with easy to follow instructions on recipes)? Strawberry and Cream Cheese cookies are very flavorful and sweet. Wanna know how to make them? Keep reading!

Ingredients:
2 cups of strawberries
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup unsalted room temperature butter
4 ounces cream cheese
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
6 ounces of white chocolate chips

Instructions:
Dice the 2 cups of strawberries into little squares and remove the stems.
Put the strawberries into a separate bowl and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the diced strawberries. Mix!
Into a sifter, 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon of salt and sift your dry ingredients.
In a stand mixer bowl add ¼ cup unsalted room temperature butter, and 4 ounces cream cheese. Mix the two on low speed.
While mixing add ¾ cup granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Crack 2 large eggs into the low speed mixing bowl and add ½ cup of the dry ingredients at a time.
When your dough starts sticking to the mixer, add in 6 ounces of white chocolate chips.
Drain strawberries and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over your strawberries that are now put into a bowl.
Stir to coat and add the strawberries into your now mixed cookie dough!
Fold strawberries into the dough and refrigerate for 10 minutes with plastic wrap covering the bowl.
While the dough is cooling, use non-stick grease on a cookie sheet.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and space the dough 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden.
