Hello fellow students!

Are you always stressed out about the two weeks before Christmas break? You know, with all the crammed in homework, quizzes, tests, exam reviews, the EXAMS! Well, I got news for you…!

Merry Christmas!

Here’s a Cookie recipe.

Best Chocolate Chips (courtesy of Nestle Toll House)

1. Preheat the oven 375F.

2. In a separate bowl, combine:
2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
3. Add the following in a mixer:
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4. Add in 2 large eggs one at a time. Beat well.
5. Add in dry ingredients, slowly, mixing well.
6. Finally, add in chocolate chips and optional chopped nuts.
7. Drop cookies onto GREASED baking sheet.
8. Bake for 9-11 minutes. For softer cookies, 8 minutes.

Cookies can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week or the freezer for 8 weeks.
