Will Campbell, starting left tackle for LSU, had many things to say upon the matchup between the Tigers and the Trojans. He stated “We’re not here to come to Caesar’s palace, we’re here for a fistfight”. A fistfight is what they got, starting quarterback Miller Moss for the Trojans, threw for 378 yards and 1 touchdown defeating the Tigers.
While the Saints look to defeat the Carolina Panthers in the season opener, we expect to see starting quarterback Derrick Carr do exceptionally well against a poor team. This win would help the Saints tremendously looking for a big division win. The Saints need to capitalize on “easy” games while their schedule has very big teams to face off against. The Saints face teams such as the Eagles, Cowboys, and Chiefs, all playoff win teams this following season.
