This year the Varsity Wolverettes Dance Team proudly announces their big team of twenty-five Wolverette dancers. Coaching the team is alumni, Maddy Barone. Over the summer, the team attended the UDA summer camp at Northlake Christian School. At camp dancers learned 4 dances in 3 days and played in the competitive rounds of a UDA game called drills downs. In July dancers held their own Kiddie Camp for children from Pre-k to 6th grade. The Kiddie Camp had a beach theme where all campers came each day dressed as they were going to the beach. The team had fun working with the kids, playing fun games, and dancing with them. Over the next couple of weeks dancers will begin to learn routines for football games and pep rallies. Wolverettes will be on the sidelines cheering in their new uniforms all season long.
