The powderpuff game is a once a year game played by the female students during Homecoming Week with assistance from the varsity football players. Even though there were a lot of accidental hits and rough playing it was still a fun time. The first game was Freshman vs Seniors which was a very close game the Seniors ended up on top. The second game consisted of Sophomores vs Juniors where the Sophomores obliterated the Juniors 23-7. Chloe Bordes threw 2 interceptions helping the Sophomores secure the game. Skylar Cardwell left the game with a busted lip after getting ejected for 2 warnings of rough play. Sophomores vs Seniors was the final game. While everyone thought it was going to be a close game, Sophomores escaped easily with the win. Abigail Dury scored 3 touchdowns in the first game and 0 the second game carrying the Seniors to a win against the Freshman. Skylar Vetter and Ava Dale had excellent games and both secured 2 interceptions throughout both games. The commentators Hudson Herring and Daniel Orellana did a wonderful job commentating on the game play by play. The MVP at the end of the game was quarterback Sam Raimondi doing all she could for her team and leading them to a win. She carried the Sophomore team with 6 touchdowns and only 1 interception throughout both games.
